Spy Shots: Undisguised Mini Clubman

New images of the Mini Clubman have turned up, with the car captured by spy photographers without any disguise as it was being filmed for a commercial. The images reveal that the Clubman will have a split-opening tailgate, a single suicide-style rear door on the passenger side only, and a corresponding stretched window on the driver’s side.

The Straightline blog procured shots of the upcoming Maserati GranTurismo cabrio, and judging by the excessive amount of camo affixed to the rear end, it's likely that the Spyder will be sporting a hard top convertible when it's released in 2010.

BMW 1-Series Convertible

We’ve seen a fair bit of the 1-series coupe of late, but its topless sibling has proved more elusive. Hardly surprising - BMW will unveil the E82 tin-top in July, whereas the E88 soft-top won't be seen until autumn 2007 at one of the American motor shows. But our spies at the Nurburgring have captured the best shots yet of BM's baby cabrio.
